Areas of Expertise

Anxiety, Low Mood, and Depression

I support adults experiencing anxiety, persistent low mood,
or depression. These challenges often overlap,
making daily lifefeel heavier than it should.
You may notice:

● Chronic worry or generalized anxiety
● Panic attacks or sudden physical symptoms
● Low mood, fatigue, or lack of motivation
● Racing thoughts or restlessness

How I Work

In our sessions, we explore both your current struggles
and the emotional patterns and past experiences
that contribute to them. Together, we reflect on triggers, uncover
patterns, and develop practical strategies to cope more effectively,
helping you restore balance and wellbeing.

Grief, Loss, and Trauma

Grief and trauma can appear as sadness,
numbness, anger or disconnection,
and can deeply affect how
you relate to yourself and others.
You may experience:

● Persistent sadness or loneliness
● Anxiety, guilt, or irritability
● Sleep difficulties or fatigue
● Feeling stuck or disconnected

How I Work

I provide a compassionate, safe space
to process bereavement, loss and trauma.
Sessions follow your pace and focus
on understanding emotional and relational
experiences, exploring how past events
shape the present, and supporting you
in finding resilience and integrating
difficult experiences.

Anger and Relationship Difficulties

Anger can show up as outbursts, withdrawal,
tension, or frustration.
Often it is shaped by early experiences,
identity, and cultural expectations.
You may notice:

● Frequent arguments or emotional shutdown
● Difficulty expressing your needs
● Guilt or confusion after expressing anger
● Repressed frustration in relationships

How I Work

Therapy combines compassionate reflection
with practical support, helping you explore
your experiences, build self-acceptance,
and strengthen resilience in daily life.

LGBTQIA+ Mental Health

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space
for LGBTQIA+ clients
exploring identity,
relationships, and wellbeing.
You may face:

● Low mood, anxiety, or stress
● Identity shifts or family rejection
● Internalized stigma or invisibility
● Pressure to perform or meet expectations

How I Work

Therapy combines compassionate reflection
with practical support, helping you
explore your experiences,
build self-acceptance,
and strengthen resilience in daily life.

Focus, Motivation, and Academic Stress

I work with adults and young people
struggling with attention,
motivation, or performance-related stress,
often linked to anxiety, perfectionism,
or emotional avoidance.

How I Work

We reflect on patterns that affect focus and motivation,
while developing practical strategies to manage stress
and enhance personal effectiveness. The goal is to help
you feel more grounded, capable,
and connected to your goals.

Therapeutic Approach

Therapy can help you feel more grounded and connected — exactly as you are. You do not need to have a clear problem or diagnosis to begin therapy. We can start with a conversation.

I provide online therapy through the Zoom platform and offer a flexible and safe space to explore your concerns.

I provide face to face therapy from my consulting room in the Porta Romana area of Milan. Depending on suitability, I also offer sessions outdoors in green spaces.
